Waterjet machining is the ideal choice for cutting metals. With zero mechanical stresses induced by our cutting process, there is no heat distortion or heat -affected zones(HAZ). We can cut materials ranging from the toughest inconels, tool steels and titaniums to the softest aluminums, brasses, plastics and wood. Our waterjets can cut materials from paper thin to as thick as 8" inches in high or low quantities.
NO DETAIL TO SMALL
Waterjets can cut small details easily and accurately. With a very small tool radius, sharp corners and intricate designs can be easily achived.
NO PROJECT TO BIG
With the right knowledge waterjets can cut extremly thick and tough materials. Here is an example of a hole cut from a plate next to a standard size spray paint can.
WATERJET EDGES DONT HAVE TO BE ROUGH
A common concern with waterjets is edge quality. We have a dynamic head to eliminate edge taper and we can adjust our speeds to match your needs. If edge quality isn't a concern, we can produce a part much cheaper and faster.
