bringing online a 6 ft. x 12 ft. Flow Dynamic Abrasive
Waterjet system with Ultrapierce technology for processing
advanced materials such as super alloys, titanium, composites,
phenolics and optical glass. This innovative technology
is capable of cutting virtually any material or thickness
in a cost-effective and timely manner.

asset and it is vital that they embrace processes and quality
controls, which they implement and practice. Every person
in our organization is a member of our Quality Assurance
(QA) team.
The foundation for our Quality Assurance system is based
on MIL-Q-9858A and MIL-STD-45662A and has been established
in full accordance with MIL-I-45208. We have expanded our
system to include compliance with ISO-9002. Additionally,
our welders are certified under AWS D1.2 and AWS D1.6.
